How to Cancel an Order

Processed or Shipped Orders

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom or Personalized Items

Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed, due to the nature of production.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
